An Extra Driver by Your Side, If You Need It
For our customers with visual disabilities or visual impairments, we offer the “Additional Driver” service at no extra cost. If someone in your group meets the requirements of having a valid driver’s license and is over 25 years old, you have the option to designate an additional driver at no extra cost.
How to Request
You can conveniently request these assistance devices through our website, veico.com, or by contacting our customer service hotline. We recommend making the request at least 24 hours in advance of vehicle pickup to ensure availability, although we are committed to doing our best to accommodate requests that do not meet this advance notice. These devices are available at all our branches nationwide for your convenience. The devices are provided on loan for the duration of the rental.
