A recognition program for customers who rent with Veico regularly. There is no cost and no sign-up: membership is granted by reviewing your rental history.
Two levels
Levels are determined from your rental history over the past 24 months. Meeting both requirements grants the corresponding level.
Amounts in Mexican pesos, based on the total billed for completed rentals.

Four of them are exclusive to the VIP Gold level.

One day at no charge on rentals of seven days or more. Two days at the Gold level, on separate rentals.

If you reach a threshold, you are notified by email and your level is recorded in your file.

At the review on February 1, 2027, levels can only move up. No member of the current period loses their level before January 31, 2028.
Program terms
- Membership is personal and non-transferable. Benefits apply only when the member is the main driver and the rental agreement is in their name.
- Free rental day: one day per membership period at the VIP level and two days per period at the VIP Gold level, applicable on separate rentals of seven days or more. Not valid from December 15 through January 5. It covers one day of the rental rate; taxes, coverage and additional services are not included. It is applied at the time of return.
- Grace period on the return time: applies provided the vehicle has no reservation scheduled immediately afterward. Once the grace period ends, late returns are charged according to the current policy.
- Additional driver: one additional driver at no charge per rental, who must meet the same license and age requirements as the member.
- Child seats and boosters: subject to availability at the pick-up location.
- Superior coverage: the discount applies to the current price of the coverage and is purchased at the time of rental. The coverage and its deductible are governed by the terms of the rental agreement.
- Rental without a security deposit: applies to the categories included in the program and does not waive the rental requirements or the guarantee promissory note. Veico Car Rental reserves the right to request a deposit in justified cases.
- Penalty-free cancellation: the cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours before the pick-up time, and the refund is issued to the original payment method, regardless of the rate purchased. It does not apply to bookings made less than 24 hours in advance, or to rentals already under way.
- Complimentary category upgrade: subject to availability at the time of pick-up. It cannot be reserved or guaranteed in advance.
- Benefits cannot be combined with corporate discount codes or other promotions, and are not redeemable for cash.
- Membership continuity and level changes: at the close of each period, a member at the VIP Gold level who does not meet either threshold keeps the VIP level benefits for one year, without the free rental day. A member at the VIP level who does not meet the threshold completes their membership at the end of the period, and may qualify again at any later review.
- Previous periods: the program has been renewed with two levels and published requirements. Membership is reviewed against your rental history over the past 24 months, so continuing in the program depends on recent activity. Benefits from the previous period ended on January 31, 2026.
- Veico Car Rental reviews levels once a year and may modify the program’s benefits, notifying members by email.
